About Mentoring, Advocacy & Training Time
M.A.T. Time is Beat the Streets New England’s core program, combining social-emotional development, trauma-informed mentor coaching, and restorative justice practices in a safe and engaging environment so youth can evolve through wrestling. M.A.T. Time transforms traditional coaching philosophy with an approach centered on personal and communal growth and youth development through sport. Our Mentor-Coaches help foster self-awareness, leadership, and integrity in young athletes, providing them with the opportunity to reach their full potential both on and off the mat.
