About CIT: Coaches in Training

The Coaches in Training (CIT) program, is an 8-week intensive summer program where students work 20 hours per week on curriculum activities. The structured process offers workforce readiness experience through a resume critique, interview, onboarding, leadership development, and peer mentoring. Our CIT program provides a career pathway opportunity for Boston youth to develop their leadership and life skills. We have provided youth employment to over 70 youth throughout cities in New England!
